Refund Policy
Services received cannot be refunded.
We will gladly adjust any service you receive when notified within two days of service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction at no additional charge to you.
Cancellation Policy
When booking new clients, we may ask for a deposit of 25% of the service amount. If you need to cancel an appointment we require 24 hour notice, if the customer "no-shows" we will charge the reserved 25% deposit.
